Dear Mother Nature,
Today you get an award for being a girl gone wild with this Chicago weather! What is wrong with you? It’s 8 pm and I’m leaving work in this chilly rainy night. There is something about this crazy weather that makes everyone want to go home and hide.
As I walk down the street to the brown line I’m the only one on this block. There are no cars on the street and not a single cab in site. It’s a beautiful night in the city but it’s extremely strange to see Chicago so empty. Please give us Summer already, we need some beach days.
Good night world, once again I’m exhausted and going to bed early.
