After a long and busy day at work I am finally home. I’m exhausted but I managed to shower, have dinner, make some tea and watch the premiere of the Rachel Zoe Project. Now I’m ready to blog while listening to music and watching Napoleon destroy his new toy. Ha!
On Monday, I was at the office most of the day but luckily was able to leave early because I had dinner and Opera plans. Fancy! I met up downtown with a friend around six and had dinner and drinks at One North Kitchen. After our delicious dinner we made our way to the Lyric Opera of Chicago for the third showing of the Opera Rigoletto. The Opera Rigoletto by Giuseppe Verdi takes place in Mantua, Italy in the 16th Century and basically it’s fantastic. The whole two hours and forty-five minutes that Rigoletto lasted I was in heaven. The singing was fantastic and Albina Shagimuratova who plays Gilda killed the show with her voice. The set design was amazing and totes loved it.
Watch the video below to learn more about Rigoletto and hopefully you will recognize the music.
Ventra is the company with the similar logo idea. I think they copied me.
The challenge now is finding a way to keep my original concept but find a way to change the logo completely without loosing the idea. Hmmmm…
After playing around with many ideas Kurtis and I came up with something that we both love. Good-bye old logo hello change! Changes like these are fantastic and I’m positive that the new logo will look fabulous on a business card in the near future. The new logo still needs some work but it will be out very soon.
By the way did I mentioned how much I love having creative people in my life? Thank you Kurtis for the headache last night. Ha!
