I purchased this solid wood teacart at an estate sale a couple of weeks ago. The price tag was originally $95 but with a little negotiating I managed to get it at an incredible price.

Here it is, natural stain and missing back legs

After a couple of hours of extreme sanding, I managed to remove the original stain. Since I had left over stain from a previous project I decided that it would be perfect to use Dark Ebony on this cart. After leaving the cart to dry over night I got a stencil ready. This stencil was used on the top of the teacart to add extra detail and much needed sparkle. Once the pattern was applied I toned down the silver with an extra layer of stain.

Fast forward a few days, the once outdated teacart is now a nice dark bar cart. Anyone ready for a party??
